If the user needs help or more information or simply doesn't understand a term Mahara offers advice and gives tips. The little blue question mark (shown in the screenshot) might have already caught your eye.
The Bild:Help symbol small.pngsymbol can be found on numerous pages within Mahara. It shows up wherever an explanation could be helpful. A mouse click (A) on this Bild:Help symbol small.png-symbol opens up a small pop up window (B) with further information.
If the given information doesn’t help solving the problem, sources outside Mahara could be consulted. The first step could be to check this Mahoodle-Wiki. If this doesn't help either, the following link list might. The last resort would be the contact with the developers.
